Final interview
The final interview is about to start in the afternoon.This is the final round and who ever couldn't get a place there will not be able to re-apply in the next coming half-years.Not more than 30 candiates will be selected out of these batch of candiate of 50 .Get an hour eariler to reach there.I usually find a corner which has no people there to cool the mind before everything serious.Cause things around keep stressing you and alter your emotion.
On the way to the meeting room.Just over heard 2 man in the lift bull-shitting.Talking about how they way they get in the final-round and make up lot of craps talk.Something like i used to be earn more than this job going to offer and i give up the current one just for this.what the other say is that he get some insider in the company that bring him in.That is a must-get-job cause he know everything from the company.That's why i choose to cool the mind in one corner.I don't bother to know their "great story " and "big principle" behind.Too lazy to talk with people this.Too lazy to make up "some talk" to impress them.No point at all
The final interview last for 2 hours with three interviewers.They are nice as i see the way they talk and their speech act.A lot different from the job interview i attend before.2 of them are from Britian and one from Japan.More like a attiture and aptitude testing.Some question are quite tricky.I guess some question i can answer in a better way but my brain is blank for some moment.Whatever .It is nice to sit there and do the interview .
